you lose one half star for the description. the song is too repetitive and a bit annoying.

even though i love explorers by hinkik and have listened to basically every remix of it i think the reason is that explorers is a pretty repetitive song and makes up for it in power and also doing things like using that sample idk how to describe before the drop and during it the original uses a sample at 0:40- 0:43 to spice it up a bit. another thing is the original fades out from the drop so even though you heard a similar thing 1 second ago. its also generally just less repetitive. also its just sound better though i am not the most knowledgeable about music so take this with a grain of salt because i have no idea what i am talking about.
